Modular Double-Wall Exhaust System

Schebler Model PA Exhaust System

  • Modular prefabricated double-wall exhaust system with 1" air gap for use in venting appliances that require a positive, neutral or negative draft exhaust system.
  • Connections are sealed with pressure tight draw bands and high temperature sealant.  Straight sections, expansion joints, tees, elbows and support devices are offered, allowing a complete exhaust system to be assembled from standard components , on site, without welding.
  • Light-weight easy-to-handle lengths can be installed easily by one person without using special tools thus lowering field installation costs. No welding!
  • All fittings are laser cut to exacting UL standards and all welding is done at the factory. Rigorously tested for material integrity, structural stability and skin temperature.
  • Available in even and odd diameters ranging from 6" to 48" (larger sizes are available upon request up to 60" diameter and larger).

Components & Materials
Components available in odd and even diameters from 6" to 48" (larger sizes are available upon request up to 60" dia. and larger).
Standard components include: Straight Sections, Expansion Joints, Tee's, Elbows, Rain Caps, Roof Penetration components and support members. In addition, virtually any conceivable fitting is available as a special order item.
Standard ducts feature a 20 gage 304 stainless steel liner and a 22 gage aluminized steel outer shell; fittings larger than 24" Ø feature 18 gage; pipe diameters larger than 36" Ø use only 18 gage steel. For greater corrosion resistance, 304 or 316 stainless steel is also available for the shell.

Clearances
Tested and listed for continuous use at both 1000°F and 1400°F as well as for use as Grease Duct at the following clearances to combustible materials. The clearance shown is from the shell to combustible.

Notes
These chimneys are to be installed as per the Schebler Co. installation instructions. They are not to be enclosed within combustible construction. An unenclosed chimney may be placed adjacent to walls of combustible construction at the clearances specified.
All systems ship with S600 UL Listed sealant.
Standard warranty is for one (1) year from date of system startup; warranty is extended to 10 years for Schebler-designed systems; contact Schebler at 563.359.0110.
