FYREGUARD Single-Wall Grease Duct
  • UL Listed single-wall stainless steel grease duct wrapped in 1.5" inches of insulation creating a 0" clearance to combustibles and a 2-hour fire-rated shaft.
  • Continuously seal welded seams assure leak-proof joints, maximum strength and longer stack life due to minimized corrosion.
  • Single-wall design minimizes weight and maximizes flexibility and ease of installation.
  • Factory provided design and CAD drawings, and ease of installation help reduce costs.
  • Special fittings are available for connecting automatic cleaning and fire suppression equipment directly to the chimney system.
  • Shipped ready to install: no special tools are needed and no field welding is necessary.

Components
Components available in odd and even diameters from 5" to 48". Standard ducts feature an 18 gauge 304 stainless steel liner. For greater corrosion resistance, 316 stainless steel is also available.

Notes
These chimneys are to be installed as per the Schebler Co. installation instructions. They are not to be enclosed within combustible construction. An unenclosed chimney may be placed adjacent to walls of combustible construction at the clearances specified.
All systems ship with S600 UL Listed sealant.
Standard warranty is for one (1) year from date of system startup; warranty is extended to 10 years for Schebler-designed systems; contact Schebler at 563.359.0110.
