High Efficiency Modulating Boiler
The LAARS Summit is a fully modulating, low mass, Category IV (condensing) boiler that utilizes a stainless steel economizer tube to achieve operating efficiencies up to 96%. It is particularly suited to multiple boiler system (MBS) installations that can significantly reduce running costs.
The Summit has a direct vented, sealed combustion system and features a stainless steelLAARS Summit SMB SMW Boiler secondary heat exchanger that uses escaping flue gases to preheat its supply water.

Adhering to strict quality control standards, every single Summit boiler is tested and fired at the factory prior to shipment.

Weighing only 275 pounds, the Summit can be hand trucked by a single person and fits easily through standard doorways. It can be installed on combustible floors and requires just 1" clearance from the jacket (although room must be allowed for routine maintenance and servicing).

Also available as a modulating water heater.
