The LAARS Mini-Therm II hydronic heating boiler is compact, efficient, dependable, and designed specifically for residential heating applications. Its low mass, finned copper heat exchanger and fast-acting controls deliver needed warmth quickly and consistently when outside temperatures plummet. 

The Mini-Therm's standard features include:
 
Compact design with small footprint will fit through most narrow doorways and slip into small utility rooms.
