The UL-Listed EXHAUSTO MCAS (Modulating Combustion Air Supply) is designed to control the air pressure in mechanical rooms containing gas-fired heating appliances such as boilers and water heaters, or in commercial laundry drying facilities.

Providing precisely measured amounts of combustion air to gas-fired equipment is very important: too little can cause sooting, carbon monoxide buildup, backfire, and damage to equipment; too much air can lead to unnecessarily high fuel bills. Clothes driers, especially, require enough air to dry linens and clothes quickly and efficiently.
